CeramicCast LITE is not an alternative to Jesmonite, Material One or any other similar product. It is a high-end moulding solution which yields final products with ceramic qualities, uses and strength. It does not require oven baking in its setting process, unlike ceramics.
CeramicCast LITE has been developed with a specific focus on strength and durability for the application which uses moulds, where fine detail is required in the final outcome.

Fine detail arts & crafts needing strength and durability
Functional items, such as door handles, worktops etc.
Larger pieces, eg. statues and similar objects
Water and heat (fire) resistant items or exposure
Smaller structural items such as shelving supports

CeramicCast LITE composition
Minerals used in Ceramic Cast LITE are safe and non-toxic.
All components are natural and combined in ratios and mixes to render the best chemical reaction for superior and fast setting, bonding and strength.
The product will undergo 5 stages in the setting process, whereby it changes its chemical composition to achieve final state, which completes in 3-5 days. However, the product reaches 80% of its setting stage in the first 2 hours and de-moulding can be done safely in about 2 hours, depending on the mould structure and the heat.
